AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY CObNCIL OE
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE POSITION OF CITY
MANAGER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2306 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May / 1976.
