ORDINANCE NO. 730
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
rHE ZONt'NS
MAP OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-2 TO ZONE R-1 ZONE CASE NO. Z-392;
APPLICANT: BATTAGLIA ASSOCIATES)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at
4525 Maine Avenue, 14338 Ohio Street and 14348 Ohio Street, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described as:
That 3.12 +/- acre portion of Lot 17 of that revised
map of the Vine!and of the Azusa Tract MR 42-52 except
therefrom the following parcels: Parcel 1: The
westerly 200' of Lot 17. Parcel 2: The easterly 50'
of the westerly 300' of the northerly 280" of Lot 17.
Parcel 3: The easterly 240' of the northerly 140'
of Lot 17 as recorded in the Los Angeles County Recorder's
Office, or more commonly known as 4525 Maine Avenue,
14348 Ohio Street and 14338 Ohio Street
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-2 to Zone R-1, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by
law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May 1976.
