THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDIHe"-^0
SECTION 3054 OF THE BALDWIN PAR
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO FIREWORKS
PERMITS URGENCY)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3054 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is
hereby amended, as follows:
Section 3054: Strike the number 14" and insert
the number 15".
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an urgency
Ordinance and shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. A statement
of facts constituting the basis of its urgency is as follows:
That an organization, which has held permits for many
years, is worthy and that the public peace, health and
safety require its immediate adoption.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption hereof
and cause this Ordinance to be published in the manner prescribed by law,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1976.
