Z-393) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That. notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located from 4017 to 4111 La Rica Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park. County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Tract 53, MB 14-26, thence Easterly N. 89°-59' E. 285 feet to the true point of beginning. Thence northerly 132 +/-feet thence easterly 45 feet thence northerly 198 +/-feet to the boundary of Tract 16547, thence easterly 95 +/-feet to the southeast corner of the above mentioned Tract 16547, thence northerly 200 +/-feet, thence easterly 210 feet to the westerly tine of La Rica Avenue, thence southerly along said line 530 +/-feet to the northerly line of Tract 53 thence westerly 350 +/-feet to the true point of beginning.* * All bearings and distances are approximate and are assumed to follow property lines. Or more commonly known as: 4017 to 4111 La Rica Avenue be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-1 and R-1 to Zone R-2 or R-3, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June 1976.
