Z-394; APPLICANT: RICHARD N. JASPER) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That. notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 15433 Olive Street, Baldwin Park. California, more particularly described as: That portion of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 1 south, range 10 west. San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Baldwin Park, according to the official plat of said land on file in the Bureau of Land Management, shown on the map of Tract No. 17764, recorded in Book 437, Pages 31 to 33 inclusive of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, as Not a part of this subdivision", and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southwesterly corner of Lot 55 of said Tract, thence along the southerly prolongation of the Westerly line of said Lot 55, South 0° 53' 00" West 0.00 feet to the north- westerly corner of said land shown as not a part of this sub- division", on said map, and the true point of beginning; thence along the boundary lines of said last mentioned land, as follows: South 0° 53' OO" West 94.00 feet; South 44° 32* 21" East 23.86 feet; south 89° 57' 40" east 435.50 feet; north 45° 27' 40" East 24.23 feet; north 0° 53' 0011 East 94.00 feet; and north 89° 57' 40 West 469.50 feet to the true point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the northerly 25 feet of the easterly 100 feet of said land. Excepting also therefrom that portion lying westerly of a line that bears south 0° 53* west from a point in the northerly line of said land distant south 89° 57' 40" east 350.00 feet from the northwesterly corner of said land. be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-3 to Zone C-1, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
