MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-1 TO ZONE C-2 ZONE CASE NO. Z-395;
APPLICANT: ROBERTO MORTARA)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property
located at 13414 Ramona Boulevard, Baldwin Park. California, more
particularly described as:
That portion of Lot 22 of Tract No. 718. in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 17,
page 17 of Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, lying northwesterly of
the northwesterly line of the southeasterly 430.00
feet of said lot. Except the northeasterly 350.00
feet of said land. Also except the southwesterly
150.00 feet of the northwesterly 140.00 feet from
the remainder of said land. Also except therefrom
the Precious metals and ores thereof", as excepted
from the partition between John Rowland, Sr., and
William Workman in the partition deed recorded
in Book 10, page 39 of Deeds.

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
