ORDINANCE NO. 738
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OFW6
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-1 TO ZONE C-2 ZONE CASE NO. Z-396;
APPLICANT: JACOB W. VAN ROSSUM)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That. notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property
located at 13011 Garvey Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, more
particularly described as:
Lot 8 in Block A of Tract 11390, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 204
page 41 of Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County.
Excepting therefrom that portion thereof described
as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of said lot,
thence along the northeasterly line of said lot,
North 51° 32' 39" West. 34.40 feet to a curve
concave northerly, having a radius of 300 feet;
thence westerly along said curve, from a tangent
which bears south 67° 24' 54" west, through an
angle of 13° 12' 29", an arc distance of 69.17
feet to a reversed curve, concave southerly
having a radius of 316 feet; thence westerly
along said reversed curve, through an anqle of
12° 06' 51", an arc distance of 66.81 feet;
thence North 77° 02' 15" west, 34.80 feet to
the most westerly corner of said lot; thence
southeasterly, easterly and northeasterly
along the boundary line of said lot to the
point of beginning.
be. and the same hereby is rezoned from Zone C-1 to Zone C-2» and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August 1976.
