ORDINANCE NO. 739
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-1 TO ZONE C-2 ZONE CASE NO. Z-397;
APPLICANT: JAY CLARKE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code. that certain real property
located at 4801-4811 Maine Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, more
particularly described as:
Parcel 1:
Parcel 19 as shown on Licensed Surveyor's Map
recorded in Book 23 Page 31 of Record of Surveys
in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
Parcel 2:
Parcels 13, 14, and 15 in the County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as shown upon a licensed surveyor's
map filed in Book 19 page 28 of Records of Surveys
in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
EXCEPT the southerly 10 feet of said parcel 13.
included with the boundary lines of Olive Street
as widened by Deed recorded in Book 7175 page 57
of Official Records of said County.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-1 to Zone C-2. and
the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City
of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August 1976.
