ORDINANCE rJO. 740 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND RLZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE C-1 TO ZONE C-M ZONL CASE NO. Z-399; APPLICANT: GARY A. TIFFANY) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 13940 East Dalewood Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, more particularly described as: PARCEL 1: That portion of Lot 30 El Monte Walnut Place in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California as recorded in Book 6, Page 104 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Dalewood Street as shown in Book 8558, Paqe 27 of the 1975-76 Los Angeles County Tax Assessors Maps) with a line bearing South 48° 34' 22" East and lying 440.10" Northeasterly of the Southwesterly line of said Lot 30; thence South 48° 341 22" East 228.25'; thence North 42° 07" 48" East 162.76'; thence North 22° 00' 23" West 92.16'; thence North 42° 07' 48" East 48.92' +/- to said southeasterly line of Dalewood Street; thence southwesterly along said southeasterly line to the point of beginning. Parcel 2; Beginning at a point in a line parallel with and lying 10 feet Northeasterly, measure at right angles, from the Southwesterly line of said Lot 30 and distant 370.3 feet from the Northwesterly line of said lot; thence Northeasterly along said parallel line to its intersection with the North- easterly line of Francisquito Avenue as shown on said Assessors Map; thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly line and Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of Dalewood Street, as shown on said Assessors Map to a line bearing South 48° 34* 22" East and lying 440.14' Northeasterly of the Southwesterly line of said Lot 30; thence South 48° 34' 22" East 228.35' +/- to a point in the Northwesterly line of the Big Dalton Wash; thence Southwesterly along said last mentioned Northwesterly line to the point of beginning. Except therefrom that portion at the Southwest corner approximately 150 feet by 150 feet square which comprises a Standard Oil service station, 13921 Francisquito Avenue as described in CP-174. be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-1 to Zone C-M, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
