Z-400; APPLICANT: MI6UEL AND MARY VEGA) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 5021 El ton Street, in the City of Baldwin Park. County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as: The south 126 feet of the north 441 feet of the south half of the west half of the west half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 1 south. Range 10 west, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Baldwin Park, according to the Official Plat of said land filed in the District Land Office on January 16, 1879 be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone M-1, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
