AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-1 AND R-2 TO ZONE R-3 ZONE CASE NO.
Z-402; APPLICANT: TOM AND MARY COLWICK)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property
located at the southwest corner of Ramona Boulevard and Kenmore Avenue,
in the City of Baldwin Park, California, more particularly described as
The northerly 315 feet of the easterly 300 feet of
a portion of Lot 5, Tract 718 in the Rancho La
Puente, City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
as per Map Book 17, Page 17 in the Office of the
Los Angeles County Recorder; except therefrom the
southerly 50 feet of the easterly 150 feet and the
northerly 20 feet, known as Ramona Boulevard
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-1 and R-2 to Zone R-3,
and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December 1975.
