Z-403; APPLICANT: KARL BRYAN AND LARRY KOOPMANS) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 14345. 14347 and 14349 Bellbrook Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, California, more particularly described as: The westerly 194.95 feet of the easterly 294.98 feet of the southerly 129.50 feet of the northerly 501.03 feet of Lot 1 of the Revised Map of Vineland of the Azusa, in the City of Baldwin Park, as per map recorded in Book 42, Page 52 of miscellaneous records of the County of Los Angeles be, and the same hereby is. rezoned from Zone C-1 to Zone R-1, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
