AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF/JHE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE"ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING CMffAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-1 TO ZONE R-1 ZONE CASE NO. Z-404;
APPLICANT: DON PERRYMAN)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at
13227 Fairgrove Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
That portion of Lot 42 of Tract No. 718, in the Rancho
La Puente, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as per Map recorded in
Book 17, Page 17 of Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly comer of said Lot 42;
thence north 39° 06' 30" east along the northwesterly
line thereof 455.00 feet thence south 50° 53' 30"
east parallel with the southwesterly line of said Lot
42. a distance of 839.36 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence north 39° 06' 30" east a distance of
227 feet; thence south 50 53' 30" east a distance of
79.20 feet, thence south 39° 06' 30" west a distance
of 227 feet; thence north 50° 53' 30" east a distance
of 79.20 feet to the true point of beginning
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-1 to Zone R-1. and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park"
to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by
law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March 1977.
