INC.) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of The Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 14510 Garvey Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as: That portion of Lot 50 of El Monte Walnut Place, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 6, Page 104. of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of Garvey Avenue, 100.00 feet wide, as shown on County Surveyors Map No- B-519, Sheet 2 on file in the office of the County Surveyor of said County, distant thereon North 82° 38' 41" East, 90.00 feet from the intersection of said Northerly line with the Northwesterly line of said Lot 50, thence North 39° 51' 57" East, 467.49 feet; thence South 48° 44' 25" East, 114.47 feet; thence South 10° 26' 16" East, 77.20 feet; thence South 23° 15' 25" West, 23.25 feet to a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 240.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along said curve, through an angle of 51° 20' 06", an arc distance of 215.03 feet; thence South 74° 35' 41" West 136.50 feet to said Northerly line; thence along said Northerly line South 82° 38' 41" West. 103.02 feet to the point of beginning be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-1 and R-1 to Zone C-2 and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change. SECTION 2. That at the time of the Puolic Hearing the Draft Environmental Impact Report on the subject property had been certified and approved by the Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. 29 and by the City Council Resolution No. 77-26. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May 1977.
