ORDINANCE NO. 752
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY. AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTIES FROM
ZONE R-3 TO R-1 AND R-2 AND CERTIFYING
THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT CASE NO. Z-406)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN ARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at:
13364 through 13526 East Tracy Avenue from R-3 to R-2); 3416 through
3462 Robinette and 13416 Francisquito Avenue from R-3 to R-1); 13429
through 13507 Tracy Avenue and 13426 through 13504 Francisquito Avenue
from R-3 to R-2), in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
Lots 1. 18, 19. 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 of Tract No.
11801, as per map recorded in Book 218, Page 35 of
Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County,
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4. 5, 6. 7 and 8, of Block B, Tract
No. 11007, as per Map recorded in Book 193, Pages
22-23 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County.
Lots 1, 2, 3. 4 and 5 of Block A, Tract No. 11007,
as per Map recorded in Book 193, Pages 22-23 of Maps,
in the Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County.
That portion of the southeasterly 313.68 feet of Lot
39, Tract No. 718, as per map recorded in Book 17,
Page 17 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, lying northeasterly of the
northeasterly line of Tract 11216, as per map recorded
in Book 197, Page 40 of Maps in the Office of said
County Recorder.
That portion of the northwesterly 400.36 feet of Lot
35, Tract No. 718, as per map recorded in Book 17,
Page 17 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, lying between the southwesterly
line of Francisquito Avenue, a street 70 feet wide, and
the northeasterly line of Tract No. 11007, as per Map
recorded in Book 193, Pages 22-23 of Maps, in the Office
of said County Recorder
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from R-3 to R-2 and R-1, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing,
relating to the zone change. Case No. Z-406, considered and hereby certifies
a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by
law.

I, THELMA L. BALKUS, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 752 was regularly introduced and
placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the 21st day of April, 1977. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly
approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 5th
day of May, 1977, by the following vote:
