AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING A CERTAIN SECTION OF THE BALDWIN PARK ZONING CODE RELATING TO THE INCREASED PARKING STANDARDS AND CERTIFYING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT CASE NO. AZC-75) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Section 9501 of the Baldwin Park Zoning Code is hereby amended by the addition of Subsection 23 to read as follows: SECTION 9501. SAME. PARKING SPACES REQUIRED. Two 2) spaces for each vendor plus twenty-five 25) spaces per vendor stall or location, all spaces located on the same lot. 23. Swap meets, flea markets or similar sale of merchandise from individual vendor stalls: SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing, relating to the Amendment to the Baldwin Park Zoning Code, Case No. AZC-75, considered and hereby certifies a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said Ordinance. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1977.
