AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTIES FROM
ZONE C-M TO ZONE R-2 AND FROM ZONE R-3
TO ZONE R-1 AND CERTIFYING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
CASE NO. Z-408)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, those certain real properties located between
15232 and 15322 Ramona Boulevard and at 15101 Badillo Street, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on
Exhibit I attached hereto and incorporated herein, more particularly
described as:
Parcel One:
Lot 74 of Tract 29239 MB 756-98-100 as recorded in the Office
of the County Recorder.
Parcel Two:
A subdivision of the Rancho La Puente P. 1-43-44, beginning
at the intersection of the southeasterly line of Big Dalton
Wash per FM 12045-1) with westerly tine of Tract 29239, MB
756-98-100 thence south 4° 50' west to the centerline of
Badillo Street, thence westerly along said centerline to the
centerline of Puente Avenue, thence northerly along said
centerline to the intersection of the prolongation of the
southeasterly tine of the Big Dalton Wash, thence north 41°
33' 58" to the point of beginning. A1"! recorded in the Los

be, and the same hereby are, rezoned from Zone C-M to Zone R-2, and from Zone
R-1 to Zone R-3, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of
the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing,
relating to the Zone Change, Case No, Z-408, considered and hereby certifies
a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
