AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY. AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-2 TO ZONE R-3 AND CERTIFYING THE
NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT CASE NO. Z-409; APPLICANT: C.
LES PERANCE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 14005
Ramona Parkway, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
Claifornia, more particularly described as:
That portion of Tract No. 53, in the County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 14, Page
26 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Tract No. 53;
thence along the southerly line of said Tract No. 53 North
89° 58' East 285.69 feet to an angle point in said southerly
line; thence parallel with the westerly line of said Tract
No. 53, North 265.10 feet more or less to the northerly line
of said Tract No. 53; thence along said northerly line South
89° 59' West 285.69 feet, more or less, to the northwesterly
corner of said Tract No. 53; thence along the westerly line of
said Tract No. 53 South 265.18 feet to the point of beginning
be» and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-2 to Zone R-3 and the Director
of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect
such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing,
relating to the Zone Change, Case No. Z-409, considered and hereby certifies
a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August 1977.
