AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNC!
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISH'
PREZONE OF R-1, SINGLE FAMILY I
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65859
FOR CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
AND CERTIFYING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION
OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT CASE NO. Z-410)

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Government Code Section 65859 those certain
unincorporated real properties known as the Ledford School Site and described
specifically as:
All of the unincorporated land lying easterly of the
easterly boundary of Tract 19500, northerly of the
northerly line of the Walnut Creek Flood Control Channel,
westerly of the westerly line of the boundaries of the
City of Baldwin Park as described in Annexation #12 and
a line southerly 78.50 +/- feet from Ledford Street.
Also known as Ledford School Site
are hereby prezoned as R-1, Single Family Residential.
SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing,
relating to the prezone. Case No. Z-410, considered and hereby certifies
a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect upon the date that the
property, above described, is annexed to the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by
law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October 1977.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 759 was regularly introduced and
placed upon its first reading at a________regular meeting of the City

Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a________regular meeting of
the City Council on the 6th day of October 1977, by the following vote:
