ORDINANCE NO. 76
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 756 RELATING TO AN INTERIM MORATORIUM
ON CONSTRUCTION OF MOBILE HOME PARKS
URGENCY)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 756 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance is adopted as an urgency measure for the
immediate protection of the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of
the City of Baldwin Park and shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1977.
