ORDINANCE NO. 763 \____
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-1 TO ZONE M-1 AND CERTIFYING THE
NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT CASE NO. Z-413; APPLICANT: BRIAN
ST. JOHN)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 5135
Gayhurst Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, more particularly described as:
Lot 17 of Tract 15308, as per map recorded in Book 334,
Pages 49 and 50 of Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone M-1 and the Director
of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect
such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing,
relating to the Zone Change, Case No. Z-413, considered and hereby certifies
a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December 1977.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 763 was regularly introduced and
placed upon its first reading at an adjourned regular meeting of the City
Council on the 21st day of November, 1977. That, thereafter, said
Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a________regular meeting of
the City Council on the 15th day of December. 1977, by the following
vote:
