AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COURC1L F THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-1 TO ZONE M-1 AND CERTIFYING THE
NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT CASE NO. Z-416; APPLICANT:
RUDY MERCADO)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 5057
Gayhurst Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, more particularly described as:
Lot 10, Tract 15308, Book 334-49-50 as recorded in
Los Angeles County Recorder's Office
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone M-1 and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing,
relating to the Zone Change, Case No. Z-416, considered and hereby certifies
a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by
law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May 1978.
