AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY AND ESTABLISHING A
PREZONE C-1 ON CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY, AND CERTIFYING THE
NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT CASE NO. Z-418; APPLICANT: RUTH
SCHIFFMAN)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property presently located at
14552 Garvey Avenue, in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, more particularly described as:
Trie southwesterly 9 feet of the northwesterly 50 feet of
Lot 10. of Tract 13721, in the City of West Covina, as
per map recorded in Book 273, Pages 48 to 50 inclusive
of Maps. in the Office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County
be, and the same hereby is Prezoned C-1 and the Director of Planning shall
amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing,
relating to the Prezone, Case No. Z-418, considered and hereby certifies a
Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That C-1 zoning will be effective upon completion of property
being annexed to the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June 1973.
