ORDINANCE NO. 775;__,_,__
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-1 TO ZONE R-3 AND CERTIFYING THE
NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT ZONE CASE NO. Z-420; APPLICANTS:
TENG Y. LEE AND RUDY MARQUEZ)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 13974
Francisquito Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
That certain 1.14 acre lot beginning at the most easterly
corner of Lot 24, El Monte Walnut Place, in the City of
Baldwin Park. Thence 40° 07' W 125.81 feet with a
uniform depth of 402.86 feet, as per map recorded in
Book 6, Page 104 of the Office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County
be, and the same hereby is rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone R-3 and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing.
relating to the Zone Change, Case No. Z-420, considered and hereby certifies
a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said
Ordinance.
SECTON 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by
law.
