ORDINANCE NO. 776
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIU OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-1 TO ZONE M-1 AND CERTIFYING THE
NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT ZONE CASE NO. Z-421; APPLICANT:
HORACE LONG)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 5030
Gayhurst Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
Lot 33 of Tract No. 15308, in the City of Baldwin Park.
in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
recorded in book 334, pages 49 and 50 of Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of Los Anqeles County
be, and the same hereby is rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone M-1 and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change-
SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing,
relating to the Zone Change, Case No. Z-421, considered and hereby certifies
a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by
law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 1978.
