ORDINANCE NO. 777
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY. AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-1 AND R-1 TO C-M AND CERTIFYING THE
NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT ZONE CASE NO. Z-422; APPLICANT:
LYNN S. ATKINSON)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 13233
through 13251 Fairgrove Street and 13309 Garvey Avenue, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described
as:
The Northwesterly 305.36 ft. of that portion of Lot 43, and
the Southerly 8.8 ft. of that portion of Lot 42, Tract 718
17-17 lying Northerly of Fairgrove Street and Garvey Avenue,
in the City of Baldwin Park, except therefrom Tract 19295
Map Boo'k 487, Pages 25 and 26, all recorded in the Los
Angeles County Recorder's Office
be, and the same hereby is rezoned from Zone C-1 and R-1 to Zone C-M and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park"
to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Council at the time of the public hearing,
relating to the Zone Change, Case No. Z-422, considered and hereby certifies
a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in thejnanner prescribed by
law.
