AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK ADDING SECTION
1009 TO THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE: RELATING TO
CITY OWNED PROPERTY.
THE CITY COUNCIL
AS FOLLOWS:
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
SECTION 1. That Section 1009 1s hereby added to the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to read as follows:
Section 1009. City Owned Property. Notwithstanding
any other provision of the Code to the contrary, the
provisions of this Code, including, but not limited to,
the Zoning Regulations, shall not apply to the use of
city owned real property.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption hereof, and cause this ordinance to be published in
the manner prescribed by law.

placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the 6th day of September, 1978. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duty
approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
