CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-1 TO ZONE C-2 AND CERTIFYING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ZONE
CASE NO. Z-424; APPLICANT: ELIAS CHRISTOPHILOPOULUS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at
1624-1638 Puente Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as:
That portion of Lot 32 El Monte-Walnut Place 1.31 more or less
acres corn. NW on NE line of Francisquito Ave. per Or52291-284,
55.98 ft. and N. 41° & 53' E. 234 ft. from intersection of SD
NE line with MW line of Tract No. 21521 then 41° & 53' E. 161 ft.
Th. N. 48° & 07f W to SE line of Puente Av. Th. SU thereon 161 ft.
Th. SE to Beg. of said lot 32 in the City of Baldwin Park
be, and the same hereby is rezoned from Zone C-1 to Zone C-2 and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map O-F the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing
relating to the Zone Change, Case No. Z-424, considered and hereby
certifies a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect
to said Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.

approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 4th
day of October 1973, by the following vote:
