OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP 01 SAID LIFY AND REZONING
CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
FROM ZONE R-3 TO U-1 AND CERTIFYING
THE NEGATIVE DECLARA1ION OF ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT ZONE CHANGE NO, Z-425; APPLICANT:
HORACE E. LONG FOR VANGUARD IND. PROP.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BA! DUIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located
at 1330 Vinetand Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
That portion of lot 18 El Monte-Walnut Place MB6-104 as
recorded in the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office, lying
Nwly of Walnut Creek Wash and Sely of Vinetand Avenue,
more commonly known as 1330 V1net and Avenue
be, and the same hereby is rezoned from zone R-3 to zone M-1 and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Countii at the time of the public hearing,
relating to the Zone Change, rase No. Z-425, considered and hereby certifies
a Negative Declaration of Envirurnnehtjl impact with respect to said
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That fche City Clerk shall cei tify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be prbh'shed in the manner prescribed by
law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October 1978.
