ORDINANCE NO. 786
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY. AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-2 TO ZONE R-3 AND CERTIFYING THE
NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT ZONE CASE NO. Z-426; APPLICANT
ROGER H. COOK & CO., INC.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at
3941 Bresee Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, more particularly described as:
Lot 11 and the northerly 10 feet of Lot 12 of Tract No.
11978 as per map recorded in Book 219-37,38 in the Office
of the Los Angeles County Recorder
be, and the same hereby is rezoned from Zone R-2 to Zone R-3 and the Director
of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to
reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing,
relating to the Zone Change, Case No. Z-426, considered and hereby certifies
a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact with respect to said
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by
law.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 786 was regularly Introduced and
placed upon Its first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 1st day of November, 1978. That, thereafter, said
Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 15th day of November 1978, by the following
vote;
