ORDINANCE NO. 787
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REPEALING
SECTION 3217 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ALL NIGHT
PARKING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3217 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code is hereby repealed and rescinded in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be operative on
December 31, 1978.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November 1978
