AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
FROM ZONE C-2 TO ZONE R-1 AND CERTIFYING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ZONE CASE NO. Z-427.
APPLICANT BOBBIE AND HELEN 1ZELL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at the southwest
corner of Foster Avenue and Ramona Blvd., in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as:
The southerly 47 feet of the northerly 135 feet of Lot 19 of Tract
8805 of Book 116-1-2 of the Los Angeles County Recorder, excepting
therefrom the westerly 25 feet, as shown on the attached exhibit

a Negative Declaration with respect to aid Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Council hds considered the initial study
conducted with respect to the application above described. The City Council
has, as a result of its said consideration and the evidence presented at the
hearings on the said application, determined Lhat the negative declaration
as heretofore filed and proposed as a result oF the said initial study, is
appropriate, and does hereby find that the said negative declaration has been
prepared and considered pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental
Quality Control Act of 1970, as amended and does hereby approve the
said negative declaration.
