ORDINANCE NO. 795
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 2454 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
PERSONNEL COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2454 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
2454. DUTIES OF THE PERSONNEL COMMISSION. The Personnel
Commission shall perform the following duties:
a) Hear disciplinary actions as set forth in the
City's Personnel Rules; and
b) Such other duties as the Council shall, from time
to time, require."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by
law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of^August 1979.
