ORDINANCE NO. 799
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 2451 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
PERSONNEL COMMISSION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2451 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
2451. MEMBERSHIP. Membership of said
Personnel Commission shall consist of five
5) persons, who shall be qualified residents,
or engaged in a business or profession in the
City at the time of their appointment and at all
times during their terms.
Said members shall be appointed and serve
for terms of four 4) years each, except as pro-
vided in Section 2452 hereof."
SECTION 2. That Section 2452 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended by striking the phrase
2451" therefrom, and inserting in its place the phrase
2400 et seq.".
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law. \
