ORDINANCE NO. 800
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 2415 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
SENIOR CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2415 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
2415. MEMBERSHIP. The Senior Citizens Advisory Commis-
sion shall consist of five 5) persons who shall be
qualified residents of the City at the time of their
appointment and at all other times during their terms."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
by law.
