ORDINANCE NO. 805
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REPEALING
SECTION 4030(x) AND SECTION 4032
RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSE FEES FOR
RENTAL OF COMMERCIAL OR MANUFACTURING
BUILDINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. That Section 4030(x) and 4032 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby repealed and rescinded in
its entirety.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd- of January 1980.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 805 was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 19th day of December, 1979. That,
thereafter, said Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the 2nd day of January
1980, by the following vote:
