issuance, processing and filing of various City services an permits.

Baldwin Park Municipal Code. The proposed changes include a reduction
in the parking rates for retail commercial and restaurant uses, a reduction
in the minimum parking stall dimensions, the elimination fo the mandate for
garage parking spaces for multi-family residential apartments and
condominiums) uses. and other changes related to the City's Zoning Code
Parking Regulations.
