AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 9472 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
ZONING CODE RELATING TO CONDITIONAL
USE PERMITS CASE NO. AZC-79)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9472 of the Baldwin Park Zoning Code
is hereby amended by the addition of Subsection 28 to read as follows
9472. CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS.
28. Unrelated retail sales in conjunction with the
dispensing of gasoline, subject to the provisions
of part XIX of these regulations."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this ISth^fay of October 1980.

approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the
