AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING SECTION 5.40.030 OF THE BALDWIN
PARK MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING LICENSE
FEES FOR YARD SALE PERMITS
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5.40.030 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read in its entirety as
follows:
Each application for a license hereunder
shall be accompanied by a fee as
established by Resolution of the City
Council."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty 30)
days after the date of its adoption, and prior to the
expiration of fifteen 15) days from the passage thereof
shall be published at least once in a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Baldwin Park, and thereafter, the
same shall be in full force and effect.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park, California at a regular meeting held on
the 17th day of June, 1992.

Park, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the 3rd day of June,
1992. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly approved and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 17th
day of June, 1992 by the following vote:
