AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2.44.020 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
Section 2.44.020 Membership. The Planning Commission
of this City shall consist of a total of five 5)
members who shall be qualified residents of the City
at the time of their appointment and at all other
times during their terms."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON August 5, 1992.

I, Linda L. Gair, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1057 was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a
regular meeting of the City Council on July 15, 1992. That,
thereafter, said Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council on August 5, 1992 by the
following vote:
AYES: MCNEILL, IZELL, GALLEGOS, MARTINEZ, MAYOR VARGAS
NOES: NONE
