AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE CITY'S REGULATIONS RELATING TO
VIOLATIONS MISDEMEANORS,
INFRACTIONS, AND CIVIL PENALTIES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the existing section 1.20.010 G) of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code be renumbered as 1.20.010(H).
This section of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code shall remain
unchanged in all other respects.
SECTION 2. That a new section, 1.20.010 G) be added
to the Baldwin Park Municipal Code to read as follows:
1.20.010(G) Violations of ordinances relating to
parking are not infractions, but shall be subject to a
civil penalty. Notwithstanding anything in this code to
the contrary, the following sections are parking
violations, and civil penalties shall apply for
violations thereof, which shall not exceed fifty
dollars.
1. SECTION 10.36.020 Stopping or standing in
parkways prohibited.
2. SECTION 10.36.040 through 10.36.230 inclusive.
3. SECTION 10.40.030 through 10.40.060 inclusive.
4. SECTION 10.44.060 Truck routes parking
restrictions.
5. SECTION 10.60.010 Parking on private property
prohibited.
6. SECTION 17.16.190 Vehicle parking C and I zones.
7. SECTION 17.34.240 Vehicle parking unimproved
lots.
SECTION 3. That section 1.20.010 F) of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code be amended to delete subsections 1.20.010 F)
34), 1.20.010 F) 35), 1.20.01.0 F) 36), 1.20.010 F) 38),
and 1.20.010 F) 42). Moreover, that the remaining subsections
of section 1.20.010 F) of Baldwin Park Municipal Code be
renumbered to reflect the deletion of these subsections.

I, LINDA L. GAIR, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin
Park, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No.1075 was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first First Reading at a
regular Meeting of the City Council on the 3rd day of November,
1993. That thereafter, said Ordinance was duly approved and
adopted at its regular meeting of the City Council on the 17th
day of November 1993 by the following vote:
