AN ORDINANCE OF' THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE LIMITATION ON THE HOURS OF
OPERATIONS OF BILLIARD AND POOL
FACILITIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection A of Section 9.08.040 of Chapter 9.08 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
9.08.040 Billiard and pool facilities. A. Hours of Operation. No person shall operate
and maintain for use any billiard or pool table in any place open to the public,
between the hours of two A.M. and six a.m. of any day, except as otherwise
authorized by a valid conditional use permit.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty 30) days from and after
its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August 1994.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1086 was regularly introduced and placed upon its first
reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 20 day of July, 1994. That, thereafter, said
Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 3rd day
of August 1994, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN LOWES, MARTINEZ, GALLEGOS, MUSE, MAYOR VARGAS
NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE
