AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REPEALING CHAPTER
9.50 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
REGARDING THE REGULATION OF HOTELS AND
MOTELS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Chapter 9.50 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. The City' Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance by the
City' Council of the City' of Baldwin Park and shall, within fifteen 15) days after its final passage, cause the
same to be published in a newspaper of general circulation which is hereby designated for that purpose
and this ordinance shall take effect thirty 30) days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City' Council of the City' of Baldwin Park at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of January, 1995

Council on December 21,1994. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City' Council on January 4 1995 by the following roll call vote to wit:
