AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 12.24.220 OF ThE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
IN PUBLIC PARKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Current Section 12.24.220 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: A new Section 12.24.220 is hereby added to the Baldwin Park Municipal Code to
read in its entirety as follows:
12.24.220 Alcoholic beverages. No person shall enter, be, or remain
in any public park while consuming any alcoholic beverages."
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty 30) days from and after its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Pa Z regular
meeting held on the 18th day of January 1995.

Ordinance No. 1092 was regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on January 4 1995. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly approved and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council on January 18 1995 by the following vote to wit:
