THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 153.003 Definitions, and Sections 153.335 through 153.358, Off- Street Parking and Loading" of the Municipal Code are amended to read as shown on Exhibit A" including Diagrams E" and F" with Attachment D.A. thereof, on file with the Secretary of the Planning Commission. SECTION 2. That the City Council at the time of the public hearing on the above matter reviewed and considered the proposed Negative Declaration, and comments relating thereto. That the City Council based upon its public review, does approve the proposed Negative Declaration, since there is no substantial evidence that the project will have a significant impact on the environment. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the manner prescrileed by law, and shall forward a certified copy of the same to the Secretary of the Planning Commission. The Secretary of the Planning Commission shall file the Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact in the manner prescribed by law.
