AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING CERTAIN
SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 32 or TUE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE BPMC)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 32.35 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended
by a change in title to read:
RECREATION/COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION
32.35 CREATION.
The Recreation/Community Services Commission of the city is created.
SECTION 2. That Section 32.51 and 32.52 are hereby amended to read as follows:
PERSONNEL COMMISSION
32.51 MEMBERSHIP.
The Personnel Commission of this city shall consist of a total of five
members.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and shall
cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED on August 5, 1998.
