j'l-lERE-iS, the City of Baldwin Park being incorporated on the
25tn day 01 January, 1956; and
ri^RSAS, it is deemed advisable and necessary that an agree-
ment be entered into by and between the County of Los Angeles and the
City of Baldwin Park for assessment and collection of taxes-
NOW, T iELEFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby RESOLVE, D::TZP^:INE and ORDER, as follows:
Section 1, That it is deemed urgent and satisfactory to the
City Council of the City of Baldwin Park tnat certain agreement by and
between the County of Los ngeles and the City of Baldwin Park, a muni-
cipal corporation, FOR JSESSi.ElJT AiD JOLLECTIOi^ OF TA..ES, be and the
same is nereby approved, and the Layor of the City of Baldwin Park is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of said
City of Baldwin Park, and tne City Clerk of said City is hereby author-
ized to attest the same and to affix the seal of said City thereto.
