A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING THE ME^
BERS OF THE CFTY PLANNING COMMISSION,
WHEREAS, the Municipal Code of the City of Baldwin Park,
Article I, Chapter 2 creates a Planning Commission for the
City of Baldwin Park, and
WHEREAS, said Municipal Code provides for the appointment
of the members of the Baldwin Park Planning Commission by the
Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER, as follows;
Section That upon the recommendation of the Mayor of
the City of Baldwin Park and the approval of the City Council, the
following persons, and each of them, are duly appointed as members
of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park to serve
for the term of years as set forth after their respective names,
to wit;
Lipyd 0» Tronaas U years
Bay O* Walker h years
Albert Gilmore 3 years
Philip Longoria 3 years
Adela Burman 2 years
Arthur F» Wilson 2 years
Alice B« Couch 1 year
George E.Somers 1 year

Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward,
without delay, to each person appointed to the Planning Commission,
a certified copy of this resolution.
ADOPTED, SIGNED'AND APHIOVED THIS 6th day of February, 19^6.
