A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAUMTN PARK RE CONTRACT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE
ENGINEERING AND GENERAL ROAD ENGINEERING SERVICES
MTH THE LOS ANGEI^S COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1» The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, pursuant
to the terms and provisions of that written agreement entitlBd Agreement
Street Maintenance", dated January 26, 19?6, entered into by and between the
County of Los Angeles and the City of Baldwin Park, does hereby request the
County of Los Angeles to provide through the Los Angeles County Road Depart-
ment administrative engineering and general road engineering services for the
entire City of Baldwin Park area when needed*
Section 2> It is hereby requested that the Board of Supervisors or
its designated agency or agent approve and authorize the performance of
services requested in Section 1 of this Resolution, subject to those terms
and conditions set forth in said written agreement of January 26, 19$6»
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified copy
of this Resolution to Sam R» Kennedy, Road Commissioner of Los Angeles County,
and to John D« Maharg of the Los Angeles County Counsel's office, and to the
Honorable Herbert C. Legg.
