A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALWIN PARK APPROVING STIPULATION AGREEMENT WITH
TEE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.
WHEREAS, there existed a dispute between the City of Baldwin Park
and the County of Los Angeles as to the obligations of the County to
furnish services under Section 3lt•333 of the Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
here'by RESOLVE, DETERMINE ANB ORDER, as follows:
Section 1, That the Mayor be empowered to sign on behalf of the
City the agreement for the preservation of rights under Section 3^333
of the Government Code.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of March, B^' 1956.
